摘　　要：医院的绩效考核与管理是当前公立医院改革的重要内容,公立医院既要保持公益性又要调动医务人员的积极性与创造性,并最终提高工作效率与服务质量。在智能化信息系统的支持下建立多元化的绩效考核与分配模型,方便管理者据此调整医院的重点工作环节。Hospital performance assessment and management is the focus of public hospital reform. Public hospital not only need to ensure public welfare, but also to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of medical staffs so as to improve the work efficiency and service quality. With the support of smart information system, a diversified performance assessment and allocation model should be established so that hospital managers could adjust the focus of hospital work.
