摘　　要：查对制度是临床护士在日常工作中必须严格执行的重要工作制度,是医疗护理安全的根本,与提高医疗风险管理、保障病人安全息息相关。护理质量评价是规范护理人员行为、提高护理质量的重要环节,建立查对质量考核评价体系是进行护理质量评价的重要工具和内容,有利于护理质量的持续改进。Checkup system is the core working system that clinical nurses should strictly comply in routine work. It is also the foundation of medical care safety and closely related to the improvement of medical risk management as well as patient safety. Nursing quality assessment is the essence of the medical care security and is closely related to improve the medical risk management, to ensure the safety of patients. Nursing quality assessment is an important part to standardize nurses＇ behavior and improve the quality of care. Establishing quality assessment system on nursing checkup is an important tool and content for the nursing quality evaluation, which is conductive to continual improvement on nursing quality.
