摘　　要：儿童实体瘤包括神经母细胞瘤、肝母细胞瘤、肾母细胞瘤、生殖细胞瘤、骨肉瘤、视网膜母细胞瘤及脑瘤等。在实体瘤治疗中铂类药物应用广泛,其中最主要的三种铂类药物为顺铂、卡铂和奥沙利铂。本文回顾铂类药物的作用特点及其毒性,简要综述近年相关临床应用研究。Platinum based chemotherapies are widely used in the treatment of pediatric solid tumors, including neuroblastoma, hepatoblastoma, Wilms＇ tumor, germ cell tumors, osteosarcoma, retinoblastoma and brain tumors. So far, three kinds of platinum drugs, cisplatin, carboplatin and oxaliplatin are popularly used in clinics. This review focuses on the characteristics, toxicities and clinical application of platinum drugs.
