摘　　要：骨关节炎潜在的发病机制和软骨不可逆转的损伤机制尚不明确,目前尚无有效改善骨关节炎病情的药物。本文简要概述细胞外基质降解相关作用靶点,为新药开发提供参考。Osteoarthritis （OA） is an age-related disease and the leading cause of pain and disability, which is characterized by chronic degeneration of articular cartilage. The underlying causes of disease initiation and progression to irreversible cartilage destruction are still unknown. There is currently no effective disease-modifying OA drug （DMOAD）. This review mainly summarizes the recent discoveries in regard to the degradation of extracellular cell matrix in articular cartilage.
