生态补偿政策情境下家庭资源禀赋对养猪户环境行为影响——基于湖北省248个专业养殖户(场)的调查研究

摘　　要：本文以湖北省248个专业养殖户(场)为调查对象,基于二元Logistic模型,探讨了家庭资源禀赋对养猪户建立粪污处理设施及粪污资源化利用等环境行为的影响,并引入生态补偿政策作为调节变量,分析了生态补偿政策对养猪户的资源禀赋—环境行为关系的调节效应。研究结果表明:(1)养猪户的环境行为是综合考虑家庭资源禀赋的理性选择,其中养猪户养殖培训数量、组织化程度、养殖规模和配套土地面积是影响其环境行为的关键因素。(2)生态补偿政策对养猪户资源禀赋—环境行为关系具有显著的正向调节效应。据此,本文提出加大生态补偿政策宣传力度和养猪户的受惠度、增强畜牧管理部门与养猪户的互动、加大养猪户养殖环境防治的技术指导、完善土地流转的政策优惠、鼓励养猪户加入合作社并推广养猪适度规模化等政策建议。This paper makes an empirical analysis on how the family endowments affect their environmental behavior through binary Logistic regression based on the data collected from a survey of 248 massive pig producers in Hubei province.Then taking the ecological compensation policy as a moderator variable,the paper verifies its moderating effect on the relationship of family endowment and their environmental behavior.The results show that Whether the pig farmers makes their rational choice of environmental behavior depends on the situation of their family human capital endowments,economic capital endowments,social capital endowments,natural capital endowments.The trained number,organizational degree,farming scale and household land of the pig farmer are the key factors.In addition,the ecological compensation policy has moderating effect on the relationship of family endowment and their environmental behavior.The suggestion that increasing the ecological compensation,strengthening the cultivation training,providing preferential policy for the pig farmers in land circulation,encouraging the pigraising households join the cooperative and expand the farming scale,have been proposed in the paper.
