摘　　要：目的探讨隐结构分析的基本原理及其在艾滋病中医证候研究中的应用,为中医客观辨证提供合理依据。方法利用全国范围内收集的6 950例确诊为艾滋病患者的信息,首先进行隐结构分析,然后通过多维聚类得到客观的辨证标准,在考虑证候诠释时,需要同时从多角度对症状变量进行综合聚类分析。结果在隐结构分析基础上,利用综合聚类法进一步对艾滋病患者的数据深入分析,得到了更加明确的证候划分。艾滋病患者中有气血两虚证,且很常见,约占3/4;对于在艾滋病患者中鉴别气血两虚证而言,最重要的症状是脉弱,其次为舌淡、舌淡红、舌红和脉沉情况,其它症状无明显作用。结论隐结构模型分析具有较强的客观性,可为艾滋病中医证候辨证提供相对客观辨证标准;综合聚类分析能够为中医证候的解释提供合理依据。Objective To explore the basic principle of latent structure analysis and its application in the study of TCM syndrome of AIDS in order to provide evidence for the objective differentiation of TCM syndrome. Methods The information of 6 950 confirmed AIDS patients collected nationwide were analyzed first by latent structure model, the objective differentiation standard were obtained through multidimensional clustering. However, the manifestation variables should be analyzed by comprehensive clustering method from multiple angles at the same time when the syndromes were considered. Results Much clearer syndrome division could be got by applying comprehensive clustering method based on latent structure model for further analysis on AIDS dataset. In AIDS patients, deficiency of qi and blood syndrome are commonly seen accounting to three fourth ; for the AIDS patients with deficiency of qi and blood syndrome, week pulse is the most important symptom, other symptoms like pale tongue, slightly red tongue, red tongue and deep pulse are less important symptoms. Conclusion Latent structure analysis is strongly objective and it could provide relatively objective standard for syndrome differentiation in AIDS, and comprehensive clustering analysis could provide reasonable evidence for TCM syndrome.
