电液比例技术在电液制动试验台上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了电液制动试验台以及试验台各电气部件,包括电液制动阀、制动阀放大器、工控机与PCI-1723板卡的结构和工作原理。利用Visual Basic软件编程对试验台进行单回路与多回路控制。结果表明,无论是单回路还是多回路试验中,都可以实现制动压力随电压的变化成比例变化。This paper introduces the structure and principle of the electrohydraulic braking test-bed and all electric components, including electrohydraulic braking valve, braking valve amplifier, industrial computer and PCI - 1723 integrated circuit board. Software Visual Basic is used to program for controlling the test-bed in single loop and multi-loop. The results show that the braking pressure can change proportionally with the change of the voltage.
