摘　　要：介绍了浮动磨削工艺在M K13100/8000-H数控外圆磨床上的应用,该工艺解决了加工中难以控制的径向跳动问题;另做一个简易的顶具套在尾架顶尖上利用顶具一端圆弧面与滚珠相接触来解决轴向窜动及径向晃动问题,保证了磨削锥度时无轴向窜动。供相关工程技术人员参考。This paper introduces the application of floating grinding technology in MK13100/8000-H CNC external cylindrical grinding machine ,which can solve the uncontrollable runout during processing. In addition ,it introduces another solution which can be used for radial and axial clearances and make sure no axial clearance during grinding taper. The detailed principle is to touch ball with arc surface on top of head cup which is covered on the top of tailstock.
