摘  要:目的:优化丹参总酚酸提取物鼻用原位凝胶的制备工艺。方法:采用单因素结合正交试验法,以胶凝温度为评价指标,对处方中泊洛沙姆P407、泊洛沙姆P188、PEG6000的用量进行考察。结果:最终确定鼻用凝胶的制备工艺为:取0.84g药物,加入60mL三乙醇胺溶液(0.1%)搅拌使溶解,加入16g泊洛沙姆P407、1g泊洛沙姆P188、1g PEG6000,于冰浴条件(4℃)下,磁力搅拌使其分散均匀,加蒸馏水调整总量至100mL,然后置于4℃冰箱中保存24h,即得澄清溶液。结论:优选的工艺适用于丹参总酚酸提取物鼻用原位凝胶的制备。Objective:To optimize the preparation technology of salvia total phenolic acids in situ nasal gel .Meth‐ods:Taking the gelation temperature as index ,the amount of poloxamer407 ,poloxamer188 and polyethylene glycol 6000 were optimized by single factor and orthogonal design .Results :The optimized preparation as follows :salvia total phenolic acids(0 .84 g) was dissolved in 0 .1% triethylamine solution ,P407 (16 g) ,P188 (1 g) ,PEG 6000 (1 g) and distilled water were added to reach 100 mL .The mixture was uniformly dispersed in ice bath (4℃) under the magnetic stirring and then was stored at 4℃ in refrigerator for 24 h .The fully dissolved and clear solution was obtained .Conclusion:The optimized preparation technology of salvia total phenolic acids in situ nasal gel is stable and suitable .
