摘  要:目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取SD大鼠32只,禁食12h,一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(65mg/kg)诱导糖尿病模型,造模后将大鼠随机分为模型组和复方血栓通胶囊组。另选取11只大鼠做为正常对照组。每组每天干预1次,12周后检测大鼠的热痛潜伏期、神经血流量、微循环血流灌注量及神经传导速度,并观察坐骨神经病理变化。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠热痛潜伏期延长,神经血流量减少,神经传导速度减慢;髓鞘松解;耳部及上肢末端微循环血流灌注量明显减少;下肢末端血流灌注量减少。与模型组比较,复方血栓通胶囊组大鼠热痛潜伏期缩短,神经血流量增大,神经传导速度增快,神经束膜整齐,耳部及上肢末端微循环血流灌注量明显增加,下肢末端血流灌注量增加。结论:复方血栓通可能是通过增加周围神经组织的微循环灌注量,对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变进行改善。Objective:To observe the effect of compound Xueshuantong(XST) capsule on diabetic peripheral neu‐ropathy(DPN) in rats and to explore its mechanism of action .Methods :32 SD rats were selected and fasted for 12h . Streptozotocin(STZ ,65mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected to rats to induce diabetes .The diabetic rats were randomly divided into the model group and the XST group .Other 11 rats were recruited as the normal control group .The interven‐tion was carried out once daily and continued for 12 weeks .The threshold of hot pain test ,nerve blood flow ,microcircu‐latory perfusion ,nerve conduction velocity and pathological changes were observed .Results:Compared with the normal group ,the latency of hot pain was delayed ,the nerve blood flow was reduced and the conduction velocity was decreased in the model group .Myelin sheaths was loose .The microcirculatory perfusion of ear and upper end was decreased;while the perfusion of lower extremities reduced .Compared with the model group ,the latency of hot pain was shortened ,the nerve blood flow was reduced and the conduction velocity was increased in XST group .The perineurium was in order .The mi‐crocirculatory perfusion of ear and upper end was increase ,while the perfusion of lower extremities induced .Conclusion :XST can improve the DPN in rats by increasing the microcirculatory perfusion of peripheral nerve tissue .
