死亡病例网络直报的管理研究

摘　　要：目的提高死亡病例网络直报的质量,为全人群的死因监测,提供及时、准确的信息来源;方法某院分析了2013年死亡病例网络直报存在漏报、错报及迟报的问题与原因,采取健全死亡病例网络直报的管理制度,依托医院病案管理信息系统,加强死亡病例网络直报漏报、错报及迟报的管理;结果 2014年1月-6月住院死亡病例漏报数、迟报数与错报数为零,门诊与急诊的迟报与错报率仅为0.25%;结论通过建立长效的死亡病例网络直报的管理机制,对死亡病例网络直报进行全面的质量管理保证了死亡病例网络直报的及时性、完整性及准确性。Objective In order to improve the quality of direct network report of the death cause, and provide timely accurate information sources for death surveillance of the whole population Methods The problems and reasons of omissions, misstatements and delaying the case of the network in one hospital death in 2013 were analyzed, relying on the hospital medical record management information system, and the strength the management of deaths of direct network. Results No omission, misstatements and delaying case appeared from January to June in 2014, and the misstatements and delaying rate of outpatient and emergency department was 0.25%. Conclusion The long-term management mechanism should be built, take total quality control to the quality of direct network report of the death cause, ensure the timeliness, integrity and accuracy of the direct network report of the death cases.
