归档检测系统在病案管理中的应用

摘　　要：探究归档检测系统在病案归档中的应用。通过分析纸质病历和电子病历双轨制管理现状和存在的问题,提出归档检测系统的建议,并提出归档检测系统的建立方案,比较归档检测系统与传统手工归档两种管理模式的优缺点。结果显示归档检测系统具有保管方式简单,保管期限长,格式和内容统一,便于查阅检索,方便患者出入院数据对比等优势,能够满足医院的工作需求,提高医疗管理质量,提高病案3天归档率,有效的提高归档工作效率。To explore the archive detection system applied in medical records management. By analyzing two-track paper records and electronic records management status and problems, proposed suggestions and establishment program of the archive detection system, compared the archiving detection system advantages with the traditional manual archive management. Results show that the archive detection system have advantages such as simple keeping way, long storage period, unified format and content, easy access to search, facilitate patient admission and discharge data comparison and other advantages, can meet the needs of the hospital＆#39;s work, and improve the quality of medical management, improve medical record filing rate for three days, effectively improve the efficiency of the archive.
