摘　　要：随着达芬奇机器人手术的发展,根据其存储、保管、提供和利用的需求,提出三种建设思路和方法,以促进临床医学和病案管理和医院发展,最大范围内实现共享。将达芬奇机器人手术声像资料纳入电子病历、以三维图解充实手术记录和实施系统规范的病案管理,从而建立操作性强、适用面广、科学实用的达芬奇机器人手术病案管理模式,不断提高信息服务能力,全面的为临床及用户服务。This paper puts forward three thinking and ways on the basis of the requirements of storage, custody, provide and use with the development of Da Vinci Surgery to promote the development of clinical medicine and medical record management and hospital, and share information in the maximum range. The surgery video materials of Da Vinci Surgery are brought into the electronic medical records. The surgery records are replenished with three dimensional diagrams and managed by system specification. Thus to build a strong operability, wide applicable, scientific and practical Da Vinci robot surgical medical records management mode, constantly improve the information service ability, provide services for clinical and users.
