摘  要:目的:研究并建立保元排毒丸的指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Merck C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml·min-1,检测波长270 nm,建立了保元排毒丸的指纹图谱,并对10个批次的保元排毒丸进行了检测。结果:10个批次保元排毒丸的指纹图谱相似度较高,并且利用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件"生成了保元排毒丸的对照指纹图谱,共有17个色谱峰,各色谱峰的分离较好,符合指纹图谱检测要求。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于保元排毒丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To study and establish fingerprints of Baoyuan Paidu Pill by RP-HPLC. METHODS Fingerprints of Baoyuan Paidu Pills were set up by using Merck Cls as column and acetonitrile-0. 1 G formic acid aqueous in gradient as mo- bile phase. The flow rate was at 1 ml,min-1, and detection wavelength at 270 nm. Total 10 batches of Baoyuan Paidu Pills were detected. RESULTS Different batches of Baoyuan Paidu Pills were of high similarities. Moreover, the standard finger- prints were separated very well under above chromatographic conditions, with good accuracy, stability and repeatability, satis- fying requests of fingerprints. Baoyuan Paidu Pills were originated from Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation software, and 17 common peaks existed in the fingerprint. Different peaks were separated well CONCLUSION RP-HPLC fingerprint analy- sis is specific and may serve for quality control and comprehensive evaluation of Baoyuan Paidu Pills.
