HPLC法测定降糖消脂片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定降糖消脂片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Symmetry C18,流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液（用磷酸调节p H至3.0）（24∶76,V/V）,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为345 nm,柱温为室温,进样量为10μl。结果：盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.522~4.698μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）;精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.72%;平均加样回收率为97.79%,RSD为2.09%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、灵敏、重复性好,适用于降糖消脂片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride in the Jiangtang xiaozhi tablets. METHODS：HPLC was conducted with the Symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate（p H adjusted to 3.0 using phosphoric acid）（24 ∶ 76,V/V）at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 345 nm,the column temperature was room temperature and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS：The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.522-4.698 μg（r=0.999 9）;RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were no more than0.72%;the average recovery was 97.79%（RSD=2.09%,n=6）. CONCLUSIONS：The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and can be used for the content determination of berberine hydrochloride.
