摘　　要：指出了进行生态文明建设,务必与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设相结合,"五位一体"地建设伟大中国梦。加强生态文明制度建设,综合推进,循环良性发展。微山在生态文明建设上有了一些初步探索,从考核体系,结构调整,转变经济发展方式,大力消减污染物排放,着力解决突出环境问题,加快生态县建设,建设人工湿地,抓好生态修复与保护,引导公众参与,加强舆论监督等方面着手,健全了生态环境保护的体制机制,推进形成了人与自然和谐发展的新格局。The construction of ecological civilization must be carried out with economic, political, cultural and social development as ＂Five--in--One＂ is the guiding principle to realize the great Chinese dream. The article explains the necessity of strengthening the system of ecological civilization and promoting the healthy development. Weishan haven conducted some preliminary explorations on the construction of ecological civilization from the aspects of evaluation system, structural adiustment, transformation of economic development, vigorous reduction of emissions, contributing greats efforts to solve outstanding environmental problems, accelerating the construction of ecological county, construction of artificial wetlands, ecological remediation and protection, guiding public participation and strengthening public supervision and so on. The article advocates that the institutional mechanisms must be built up to protect ecological environment and the formation of a new pattern of harmonious development between man and nature must be promoted.
