摘  要:为了克服传统转窑、鼓风炉、反射炉或冲天炉处置废料时炉膛上部温度低,存在有机废料低温裂解与不完全燃烧而污染环境等缺点,研发了一种使粉末状电子垃圾完全燃烧和有毒害性尾气完全氧化的L形组合式电子垃圾高温焚烧炉。该焚烧炉包括一个卧式焚烧炉和一个圆筒状立式焚烧炉,具有"组合式炉,焚烧炉内腔独立设置和L字形炉形"三个结构特征,集成"旋流燃烧、低压引射补风、湍流扩散燃烧和高温均匀燃烧"等四个技术优势。To overcome such problems as low temperature in the upper zone of furnace, low--temperature pyrolysis for the organic waste and obvious environmental pollution caused by incomplete combustion of electronic waste in the use of traditional ring kiln, blast furnace, reverberatory furnace and cupola furnace, a new kind of L--shaped integrated electronic waste high--temperature incinerator is designed to make it possible for the electronic waste to burn completely and for noxious gas to be oxidized completely. It is composed of a horizontal incinerator and a cylindrical vertical incinerator. There are three characteristic structures, including the integrated furnace, incineration chambers installed alone and L-- type shape. Four advanced technologies are also can be found in the incinerator, including swirl-- flow combustion, air supplement in low-- pressure ejection way, turbulence-- diffusion combustion and high--temperature uniform combustion.
