应用非限制型全膝关节假体治疗僵直型膝关节疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用非限制型全膝关节假体治疗僵直型膝关节的临床疗效。方法选择2011年6月至2013年6月收治的17例僵直型膝关节患者的临床资料，全部患者均给予应用非限制型全膝关节假体手术治疗。结果本组患者手术时间（91±11）min，手术失血量（350±45）ml，术后仅1例患者出现切口边缘少许发黑现象。给予全部患者6周～1年随访，患者治疗前后膝关节屈曲与HSS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用非限制性全膝关节假体治疗僵直型膝关节，疗效较为满意，是较为有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the use of non-limiting total knee prosthesis on stiff knee. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients with stiff knee from June 2011 to June 2013 were chose, all patients were given non-limiting total knee prosthesis. Results The operative time was （91 ± 11 ） min, operative blood loss was （350 ± 45 ） ml ; only one patient had a little black cut edge phenomenon. All patients were followed up for 6 weeks to 1 year. Com- pared the knee flexion and HSS scores before and after, the differences was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Non- limiting total knee prosthesis in therapy of stiff knee is satisfactory and effective.
