单硝酸异山梨酯对冠心病患者心绞痛及IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯用于治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果及对白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响。方法将134例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组67例。对照组给予阿司匹林、钙离子拮抗剂及降压、降糖等-般治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予单硝酸异山梨酯治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果及血清IL-6水平的变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为97．0％（65／67），显著高于对照组的65．7％（44／67）（P〈0．01）；经上述治疗两组患者IL-6水平均显著降低（P〈0．01），且治疗后观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论单硝酸异山梨酯能有效缓解患者心绞痛症状，同时有效降低血清IL-6水平，减轻患者冠状动脉血管内皮的炎性反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of isosorbide mononitrate on angina and the on IL-6 level in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods One hundred and thirty four patients with CHD angina were ran- domly divided into the observation group（ n = 67 ） and the control group（ n = 67 ）. The control group were treated with aspi- rin, calcium antagonists, antihypertensive, and bypoglycemic agent; the observation group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate based on the control group, and then the effective rate of angina and level of IL-6 were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97.0% （65/67）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （65.7% ,44/67,P 〈 0. 01 ）. After the treatment, the levels of IL-6 were significantly reduced in the two groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and that in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the treat- ment（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Isosorbide mononitrate can effectively relieve angina, and reduce the level of serum IL-6, and improve the inflammatory response of coronary artery endothelial in patients with CHD angina.
