摘　　要：元坝121H井是部署在四川盆地川东北巴中低缓构造带元坝Ⅰ块长兴—飞仙关组礁滩异常体南翼的一口超深水平井,完钻井深7 786.00 m,水平段长612 m,是目前国内乃至世界上施工难度极大的水平井之一。钻井过程中,上部大尺寸井段成功应用了泡沫钻井、空气钻井、气液转换、液相欠平衡钻井等提速技术,针对深部高温高压地层,成功应用了旋转导向钻井、超深井侧钻、滑动导向钻井、抑制性聚磺封堵性防塌钻井液、金属离子聚磺混油防卡钻井液等技术,尝试应用了陆相地层PDC钻头+螺杆、水力脉冲空化射流发生器、涡轮+孕镶金刚石钻头等提速新工具,优选了高效PDC钻头+抗高温螺杆钻具、耐高温MWD,从而安全、优质、高效地完成了钻井施工,创造了世界陆上水平井钻井斜深和垂深最大2项世界纪录及多项国内新纪录,为国内外同类型超深水平井的钻探积累了经验。Yuanba 121H well is an ultra-deep horizontal well located in the south wing of Chang Xing-Fei Xian Guan, low and even structural region Yuanba I Zone, northeast of Sichuan Basin. The finished drilling depth is 7,786 m and the horizontal length is 612 m. It is one of the toughest horizontal wells in China and even in the world. The following speedy drilling technologies are applied to the big size well sections during the drilling process： foam drilling, air drilling, gas-liquid conversion, liquid phase under balance, etc. Catering to the high temperature and high pressure zones at the deep part, the implemented drilling technologies are rotary guided drilling, ultra-deep well side tracking, sliding guide drilling, inhibitory poly-sulfonate plugging anti-collapse drilling fluid, metal ion poly-sulfonated oil mixing drilling fluid, etc. The tried-out technologies are the continental stratum PDC ＋ screw stem; the hydraulic pause cavitation jet-flow generator and turbine ＋ impregnated diamond bit. The optimized technologies are the highly active PDC drilling bit equipped with high temperature resistant screw-drill and high temperature resistant MWD. The drilling construction has been completed safely, efficiently and greatly. Two world records are accomplished during this operation： the oblique depth and the vertical depth of horizontal wells overland. There are several national records accomplished, too. Thus, the relevant experience of uhra-deep horizontal wells is gained both domestically and internationally.
