摘  要:为有效解决PG22井大斜度井段太原组31 m泥岩和55 m煤层互层易垮塌问题,首次在大牛地水平井进行了小尺寸膨胀波纹管技术试验。通过双井径测井、扩眼作业、膨胀波纹管入井、水力膨胀、2次机械膨胀以及磨鞋通径,在最大井斜角为73.69°时成功实现了109.1 m的膨胀管施工。结果表明:试验封闭井段2 877.00~2 986.10 m,全角变化率4.00~9.40°/30 m,创下国内最大井斜条件下最长膨胀波纹管施工记录,实现了膨胀波纹管入井井斜和长度的双重突破,为解决大牛地气田太原组大段泥岩和煤层井壁失稳问题提供了经验。The small expandable convoluted tubing technique is first used in Daniudi to solve the easy-to-collapse ahemating layers of 31 m shale and 55 m coal bed of Taiyuan layer of PG22 effectively. By dual caliper logging, reaming operations, tubing into the wellbore, the hydraulic expansion, two mechanical expansions and grind shoe clearing the wellbore, PG22 succeeds in expanding 109.1m expandable convoluted tube and isolating depth of 2,877.00 -2,986.10 m, where the maximum deviation angle is 73.69 ° and the whole-angle rate of change is 4.00-9.40°/30m. The well reaches the longest expansion in the maximum inclination and achieves a double breakthrough in inclination and length. The expandable convoluted tubing technique can effectively solve the collapse of long shale and coal bed of Taiyuan layer in the high-angle well section. The study provides valuable experience for the solution of the collapse of long shale and coal bed of Taiyuan layer in Daniudi.
