摘  要:排山楼金矿以露天坑作为尾矿库,其北帮下侧空区复杂且处于亚稳定状态。为保证空区顶板岩层不冒落,露天边帮稳定不垮塌,提出采用VCR法开掘充填井快速充填空区的治理方案。设计中心与大小圆两层布置炮孔方案,采取孔外微差、单分层爆破。应用FLAC3D对VCR法掘井进行动态数值模拟,确定VCR法是一种可靠的开掘深充填井方法,同时预测了地表裂缝带和边坡浮石掉落的结果,并提出了应对措施。通过VCR法的有效实施,成功的开掘了一条直径约5 m,深度约56 m似圆形充填井,使空区快速充填治理得以实现。The open pit in Pai-shanlou gold mine was used as tailings pond, north of which was in metastable state due to the complicated goaf. For the stability of goaf and open pit,the VCR method was put forward to dig well to quickly fill gob caving. The blasting method with millisecond delay out-holes and single layered initiating was de- signed. The VCR method was simulated by FLAC3D, and related conclusions were obtained,including the high relia- bility of VCR method, and the predicted results of surface fracture zone and slope pumice fall. Finally, by using VCR method, the filling well with 5 meter in diameter and 56 meters in depth came into being.
