摘  要:变电站室外端子箱凝露可能引起直流接地等异常,严重威胁电网的安全运行。以一座220 k V变电站为例,深入分析造成端子箱凝露的原因,结合多年来防治端子箱凝露的经验,提出具体的改进措施,采取电缆沟湿热空气释放、端子箱底部标准封堵、端子箱内驱潮元件合理布局、端子箱顶部加装保温材料的综合方法。运行实践证明,设计的装置制作简单,材料购买容易且价格低,安装维护方便,具有良好的防凝露效果。Condensation on substation outdoor terminal box may cause abnormal DC grounding and seriously threaten operation of the grid.Considering a 220 kV substation in Jinan as an example ,the causes of terminal box condensation are analyzed,and specific measures to prevent terminal box condensation are put forward.The methods adopted include heat releasing" in cable trench ,blocking at the bottom of terminal box ,rational distribution of dehumidifying elements, and adding insulation materials at the top of terminal box.Practice proves that the methods have advantages of simple design ,easy material purchase ,low price, convenient installation and maintenance and good anti-condensation effect.
