祛痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛痹汤对类风湿性关节炎患者的治疗作用。方法:采用随机对照试验方法,选择类风湿关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别接受祛痹汤和氨糖美辛治疗,疗程为4周。观察治疗组和对照组在治疗前后关节功能的改善情况,以及类风湿因子、C-反应蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组患者关节整体功能改善,类风湿因子及C-反应蛋白明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义。结论:祛痹汤是治疗类风湿性关节炎(寒湿阻络型)的有效药物。Objective： To discuss the therapeutic effects of the Qubi decoction on the patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： According to the principle of the random contrast test,choose 60 patients with RA as the samplers and divided them into two groups randomly which received the treatment of Qubi decoction and tabellae glucosamini compositae respectively course of 4 weeks; Theraputic group （30 cases） and contrast group （30 cases）. Then observed the improvement of the joint function and the variation of the rheumatoid factor （RF） and c-reactiveprotein （CRP）. Results： The joint function of the patients in the therapeutic group are improved wholely with a conspeguous descent in RF and CRP. The difference from the contrast group shous notabie significance. Conclusion： The Qubi decation is a kind of effective medicive for the treatment of RA （the pathern of coid and clamp evil barricades the mervdians）.
