自拟温阳通便汤治疗老年肾阳虚型便秘100例观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟温阳通便汤治疗老年肾阳虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法:收集老年肾阳虚型便秘患者共200例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组予以自拟温阳通便汤治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为97.0%,显著高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05);治疗后两组的便秘症状评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:温阳通便汤治疗老年肾阳虚型便秘能够更好地改善患者的生活质量,疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective：To observe the effects of the Wenyang Tongbian decoction clinical curative effect of the treatment of senile kidney Yang asthenia type constipation. Methods： 200 cases of senile patients with kidney yang asthenia type constipation were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group, 100 cases for each . The control group was treated in routine western medicine. The observed group was treated with the Wenyang Tongbian decoction, compared the clinical effects in two groups. Results： The total effective rate of observed group was 97%, significantly higher than that of control group 84% （P〈0.05）; the two groups after treatment of constipation symptom score decreased significantly at the end of treatment, and the observed group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： The Wenyang Tongbian decoction in treatment of elderly patients with kidney yang asthenia type constipation can better improve the quality of life of patients, obvious curative effect, no obvious adverse reactions. It is worthy of popularization and application.
