中西医结合治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病脂代谢异常的临床观察与研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合在治疗II型糖尿病脂代谢异常患者的疗效及其相关性研究。方法:收集自2012年2月-2013年2月在我院门诊和糖尿病科住院治疗的糖尿病伴血脂异常的患者128例,根据自愿的原则,分为研究组和对照组。两组都采取控制饮食、运动疗法和口服西药治疗,研究组在此基础上添加自拟中药方剂配合治疗。结果:对两组患者服药一个月后的血脂、血糖水平和有效率进行检测对比,研究组总有效率为93.75%;对照组为82.81%。结论:中西医结合治疗II型糖尿病脂代谢异常较单纯采用西医治疗效果好。治疗糖尿病单纯控制血糖是不够的,纠正脂代谢异常是预防糖尿病慢性并发症的有效措施,要引起临床医生的足够重视。Objective： To investigate the correlation between binding in the treatment of type diabetes II patients with abnormal lipid metabolism and disease in integrative medicine. Methods： From 2012 February to 2013 February in our hospital outpatient and inpatient treatment of diabetes patients with diabetes mellitus and 128 cases of patients with dyslipidemia patients as the research object. According to the principle of voluntary, divided into the study group and control group. Two groups have taken the control diet, exercise therapy and oral administration of western medicine treatment, the study group on the basis of this added with Chinese medicine combined with treatment. Results： The two groups of patients with medication on blood lipid, blood glucose level in a month and the efficiency of detection comparative research group. The total efficiency of 93.75%; control group 82.81%. Conclusion： The treatment of type diabetic II dyslipidemia patients by simple western medicine treatment effect of integative medicine treatment of diabetes. Blood glucose control alone is not enough, the abnormal correct lipid metabolism is an effective measure to prevent diabetic chronic complications, should cause clinician enough attention.
