补肾活血方加扶他林治疗膝关节骨关节炎106例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血方治疗肝肾亏虚兼血瘀型膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将106例肝肾亏虚兼血瘀型膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组53例。治疗组服用补肾活血方加扶他林,对照组服用扶他林,单盲给药。观察比较两组治疗前后Womac疼痛积分、僵硬积分、生理功能积分和平均KOA严重程度。结果:治疗20d后,治疗组的改善明显优于对照组。结论:补肾活血方能有效改善肝肾亏虚兼血瘀型膝关节骨关节炎患者的临床症状,治疗骨关节炎疗效较好。Objective： To observe effects of the Bushen Huoxue decoction on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 106 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group for 53 cases and control group for 53 cases. Patients in the treatment group received the Bushen Huoxue decoction plus voltaren, and patients in the control group received voltaren only. After the treatment, the score of womac pain, stiff, physiological function and the average severity of KOA were compared. Results： After 20 days, the total efficiency in the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： The Bushen Huoxue decoction was effective on knee osteoarthritis.
