摘　　要：目的:观察自拟活血消肿方治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:62例患者均给予自拟中药活血消肿方治疗,1个月为1个疗程。3个疗程后统计分析。结果:1个疗程后治愈12例,3个疗程以上治愈28例,治愈率为64.5%;好转15例,好转率为24.2%;总有效率88.7%;无效3例,手术跟踪4例,均属良性,无1例癌变。结论:血消肿方治疗卵巢囊肿临床效果确切,值得进一步推广。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction on oophoritic cyst. Methods： 62 cases received the Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction, 1 month as 1 course, for 3 courses. Results： 12 cases were cured after 1 course. After 3 course, 28 cases were cured; the efficiency of cure was 64.5%. 15 cases were better; the efficiency of cure was 24.2%. The total efficiency was 88.7%. 3 cases were invalid. 4 cases received surgical operation and all benign, with on canceration. Conclusion： Treating oophoritic cyst with the Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction could obtain exact efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
