摘　　要：自抗生素被发现并运用以来,人类疾病的抗炎抗菌就进入了一个新的时期。抗生素被广泛地使用,在挽救生命的同时,其不良反应也渐渐引起了人们的重视。在围手术期抗生素的使用地位无可代替时,探讨以中医理论为指导,使用中药部分代替抗生素,减少毒副作用,具有重要的意义。本文回顾了抗生素的使用地位、应用现状、出现的问题,介绍了中医中药对抗炎抗菌的理论及相关临床运用、研究进展,最后对中药部分代替抗生素的使用做了展望。Since antibiotics has been found, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial for human disease has entered a new era. While antibiotics are widely used, according to TCM therapy applying TCM medicine, during the perioperative time, when antibiotics was irreplaceable, partly replacing antibiotics, reducing side effects, is of great significance. This paper reviewed the situation, application of antibiotics, emerging issues, and introduced the theory in TCM. Clinical research and progress, replacing antibiotics of TCM medicine were discussed.
