摘　　要：公共经济学理论、幼稚产业理论、产业结构优化理论为战略性新兴产业提供了理论依据。采用文献资料、理论分析方法对我国战略性新兴产业发展的作用机理进行定性研究,通过探究政府调控、市场经济与战略性新兴产业发展的关联性,厘清政府间接干预战略性新兴产业调控的理论依据与作用机理,立足现实国情,提出推进战略性新兴产业快速发展的策略。Public economic theory, naive industry theory and industry structure optimizing theory offer theoretical basis for strategic new-born industries. This essay adopts bibliographic data and theory analysis for qualitative research on the development of China＇s strategic new-born industry. It focuses on the connection among government＇s regulation, marketing economy and the development of strategic new-born industries. Furthermore, it makes clear the theoretical basis and functional mechanics of the indirect regulation from the government on the strategic new- born industries. On the basis of China＇s characteristics, it puts forward the strategies to promote China＇s regulation of its strategic new-born industries and sustainable and healthy development.
