中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月至2014年9月在我院收治的肺炎患儿84例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予西医常规治疗加用抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予复方丹参注射液治疗,连续治疗2 w,观察比较两组患儿的临床效果及TNF-α与IL-8的变化。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为97.62%,而对照组为80.95%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.020);观察组发热、咳嗽、气喘、湿啰音、肺部阴影及口唇发紫等消失时间均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.010);观察组的TNF-α与IL-8较对照组明显改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.050)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著,可显著改善其临床体征,弱化炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in children with pneumonia.Methods Methods 84 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital from November,2013 to September,2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were cured by western conventional therapy and antibiotic,but the observation group was given Danshen injection on the basis of the control group,comparing two groups of clinical efficacy and TNF-α,IL-8. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 97. 62%,the control group 80. 95%,so the between groups had a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 020）. The observation group were lower than the control group in the disappear time indicators of the fever,cough,wheezing,crackles lung shadows and purple lips,and the between groups had a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 010）. The TNF-α and IL-8 in the observation group had obvious improvement than the control group,and the between groups had a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 050）. Conclusions The integrative medicine in children with pneumonia has a very significant effect,improves the clinical signs,weakens the inflammatory response,and are worthy of clinical application.
