炎琥宁联合抗生素对小儿支气管肺炎患者症状控制的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究炎琥宁联合抗生素对于小儿支气管肺炎患者症状控制的效果。方法选择我院入院治疗支气管肺炎的患儿100例作为实验对象。以数字法随机将其分为观察组50例以及对照组50例。对观察组患者施行炎琥宁合并抗生素进行治疗,对对照组患者施以抗生素进行治疗。对比观察两组患者的症状控制的效果。结果观察组在退热以及止咳,湿啰音消失以及X线炎症吸收时间上与对照组比较,均明显少于对照组;两组在进行治疗后生活质量指标均上升,并且观察组均大于对照组;观察组对症状的控制效果为优者占70%,优良率达到98%,均显著高于对照组的46%以及78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用炎琥宁联合抗生素对小儿支气管肺炎患者进行治疗,能够有效对症状进行控制,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To study analysis on the effect of Yanhuning combined with antibiotics in children with bronchial symptoms in patients with pneumonia control. Methods From March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital, selected the hospital treatment of bronchial pneumonia in 100 pediatric patients as the experimental object. With digital method and randomly divided into the observation group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases. The observation group patients were treated on Yanhuning combined with antibiotics, patients in control group were treated with antibiotics, compared two groups were observed in patients with symptoms of control effect. Results The two groups of the use of different methods of treatment, the observation group in the fever and cough, wet rales and X-ray absorption of inflammation time compared with the control group, were significantly less than that in the control group; in the two groups after treatment indicators were rising, and the observation group was higher than the control group; the observation group after treatment, the control effect of the symptoms was best accounted for 70%, the excellent and good rate reached 98%, significantly higher than that of control group 46% and 78%, with significant difference（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions For the patients of bronchial pneumonia in children treated by Yanhuning combined with antibiotics, can effectively control the symptoms, improve the quality of life of the patients.
