国产迈瑞EH-2080B全自动尿沉渣分析系统动态捕捉与人工镜检结果比较

摘　　要：目的对国产迈瑞EH-2080B全自动尿沉渣分析系统(简称EH-2080B)捕捉可能成活的精子以及阴道毛滴虫的动态信息的功能扩展进行验证,分析这种检测系统的优缺点。方法以传统的手工镜检作为标准方法,对门诊、住院患者2 243份新鲜尿液(1 h内)标本进行尿沉渣有形成分分析的同时,利用目视低倍单视野对充液静置时间段和利用视觉暂留对低倍拍照和高倍拍照转换视野瞬间人工浏览屏幕视野,对可能成活的精子以及阴道毛滴虫补充动态观察进行功能扩展评价。结果在EH-2080B上人工浏览视野对可能成活的精子以及阴道毛滴虫补充动态观察,可以捕捉到动态信息或可疑动态信息。结论将EH-2080B全自动尿沉渣分析系统用于捕捉可能成活的精子以及阴道毛滴虫的动态信息或可疑动态信息,同时结合可能的人工镜检,可以综合审核RBC的定量分析结果,作出滴虫感染的诊断。Objective To verify the function expansion of living sperms and trichomonas vaginalis＇ dynamic observation messa- ges by EH- 2080B fully automatic urinary sediment analysis system made in China,so as to analyze its strengths and weaknes- ses. Methods To use the traditional manual microscopy as a standard method, while a total of 2 243 fresh urine samples（ with- in 1 h） from outpatient and hospitalized patients were analyzed the urinary sediment, at the same time, low power a single view of the liquid filling static time period and visual persistence of low power and high power photographed conversion view instant were used to observe, and the living sperms and trichomonas vaginalis＇ dynamic messages by the artificial screen browsing and the function extension of the instrument were evaluated. Results The artificial browsing on EH - 2080B instrument could be added to capture the dynamic information or suspicious dynamic information of living sperms to make the trichomonas vaginalis＇ dynamic observation. Conclusion May be the survival of the sperm and the dynamic information of trichomonas vaginalis or suspicious dynamic information combined with possible artificial microscopy can be a comprehensive review of RBC quantitative analysis results and making diagnosis of trichomonal infection.
