摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清hs-cTnT、hs-CRP、IL-6和BNP水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择2013年1月-2014年4月本院心内科收治的AMI患者47例作为疾病组,选取同期本院体检中心经健康体检合格者40例作为正常对照组,分别用化学发光法、免疫比浊法和放射免疫分析对所有受检者血清hs-cTnT、hs-CRP、IL-6和BNP水平进行联合检测,并将测定结果进行分析比较。结果AMI患者hs-cTnT、hs-CRP、IL-6和BNP水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);随着心肌梗死范围的增大,其水平不断增高,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且血清hs-cTnT水平与hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP水平呈正相关(r=0.453、r=0.574、r=0.721,P<0.01)。结论hs-cTnT、hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP分别通过不同的病理机制参与了AMI的形成和发展,联合检测4项指标水平的变化有利于AMI的早期诊断、疗效观察和预后判断。Objective To study on the change and clinical significance of serum levels of hs - cTnT, hs - CRP, IL - 6 and BNP in acute myocardial infarction （AMI） patients. Methods Select 47 AMI patients admitted to the department of cardiology in this hospital cases from January 2013 to April 2014 as the case group, and choose 40 patients with medical clearance in our hospital medical health center as the control group, hs - cTnT, hs - CRP, IL - 6 and BNP were jointly detected by chemilumi- nescence, immunoturbidimetry and radioimmunoassay, and the results were compared. Results AMI patients with hs - cTnT, hs - CRP, IL - 6 and BNP levels were significantly higher in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. With the increase of myocardial infarct size, its levels increased. The comparison between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）, and serum levels of hs - cTnT and hs - CRP, IL - 6, BNP levels were positively correlated （ r = 0. 453, r = 0. 574 and r = 0. 721, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion hs - cTnT, hs - CRP, IL - 6 and BNP separately by different path- ogenic mechanisms involved in the formation and development of AMI, combined detection of the four indicators changing was conducive to the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of AMI.
