摘  要:在计算出工业部门特定年份能源消耗强度的基础上,根据Becker and Henderson分类方法,将33个工业部门划分为高、中、低能耗行业,同时测算1998-2007年33个行业碳排放强度、市场集中度和行业技术研发投入,构建行业面板数据模型,并应用差分GMM估计方法探究三类行业市场集中度、技术创新与碳排放强度的关系。研究结论是:技术创新有助于降低行业碳排放强度;市场集中度对行业碳排放强度的影响存在行业异质性,高能耗行业市场集中度与行业碳排放强度呈负相关关系,低能耗行业市场集中度与行业碳排放强度呈正相关关系,而中能耗行业市场集中度对行业碳排放强度的影响不显著。据此,基于市场集中度对行业碳排放强度影响的异质性,政府应该根据不同能耗行业的特点制定相应的兼并政策。Based on the consumption intensity, the paper divides 33 industries into three large energy - consuming industries by Becker and Henderson classification method. Calculating the carbon intensity, market concentration and technology investment of 33 industrial sectors from 1998 to 2007, the paper identifies the re- lationship between the market concentration, technological innovation and the carbon intensity by building in- dustry panel data model and using difference GMM Estimation method. The result shows that: Firstly, the technology innovation decreases all industries' carbon intensity. Secondly, the highly energy - intensive in- dustries' market concentration rate decreases the carbon intensity. Thirdly, the mild energy - intensive indus- tries' market concentration rate increases the carbon intensity. Lastly, for the medium energy - intensive in- dustries, the market concentration rate does not significantly influence the carbon intensity. Therefore, the government merger pohces should be taken in account of different energy consumption intensity of industries.
