老年抑郁症患者的临床护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的：观察临床护理干预在老年抑郁症患者治疗过程中的影响。方法：搜集2013年2月至2014年2月期间在我院进行治疗的老年抑郁症患者78例，随机分为对照组与观察组两组，每组39例。其中，对照组患者采取常规的护理方式，而观察组患者采取综合护理方式，对患者在心理、安全、用药等方面进行护理。结果：治疗前，将两组老年抑郁症患者的 Zung 焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行比较，其差异没有统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；治疗后，两组患者的评分均下降，且观察组患者的评分下降幅度明显高于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：对老年抑郁症患者采取综合护理措施，不仅加强基础护理措施，同时配合心理护理措施，能够有效改善患者的身体状况，提高患者的治疗效果。Objective：To observe the clinical ef ect of nursing intervention in the treatment ofelderly patients with depression in the process of.Methods：78 cases of elderly patients with depression treated during 2013 February to 2014 February,col ected in our hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups,39 cases in each group.Among them,the control group were treated with routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing care on the patients,nursingpsychology,medication safety, etc..Results：before treatment,two groups of elderly patients with depression of the Zung self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale werecompared,the dif erence was not statisti-cal y significant （P 〉0.05）;after treatment,two groups of patients were decreased,and the patients in the observation group were decreased significantly than that in the control group,with statistical y significant significant dif erences （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：the comprehensive nursing measures for elderly patients with depression,not only to strengthen the basic nursing meas-ures,at the same time with the psychological nursing measures,can ef ectively improve the physical condition of patients,improve the treatment ef ect of the patients.
