摘  要:目的探讨加油站职业人群外周静脉血红细胞膜丙二醛(MDA)负荷及其主要影响因素,为加油站职业人群的疾病预防和控制工作提供参考。方法本研究运用流行病学整群抽样研究方法,抽取加油站健康工作人员97名,以肝素钠抗凝管采集外周静脉血样2 m L,实验室分离出红细胞膜,以考马斯亮蓝染色法作蛋白定量分析,以硫代巴比妥法(TBA法)分析红细胞膜MDA负荷;利用调查问卷对可能影响MDA负荷的因素进行调查;以MDA负荷中位数作为临界值,将各样本红细胞膜MDA负荷实测值转化为二分变量的应变量,以被调查的可能影响因素为自变量,运用单因素和多因素的非条件Logistic回归分析方法探索影响MDA负荷的主要因素。结果分析发现,在被调查的9个可能影响因素当中,工人的工龄、饮茶习惯、吸烟情况及工种等4个因素最终进入回归方程。结论工人的工龄、饮茶习惯、吸烟情况及工种等是加油站工人红细胞膜MDA负荷的主要影响因素。Objective To explore the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in erythrocyte membrane among gas station attendants and its main influence factors. Method Cluster sampling method was conducted to investigate 97 healthy gas station attendants. 2ml peripheral venous blood sample from each participant was collected with heparin sodium anticoagulation tubes. Erythroeyte membrane was separated in laboratory. Protein quantitative analysis was done with method of Coomassie blue staining. MDA content in erythroeyte membrane was analyzed by using thiobarbituric method (TBA method). Potential influ- ence factors of MDA were investigated with self-made questionnaires. With the median of MDA content as cut off point, all ob- served values of MDA were transformed to dichotomized variables, and with MDA as dependent variable, all potential influence factors as independent variables, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed to estimate OR and 95% CI. Result 4 from 9 potential influence factors including length of service,the habit of tea drinking,smoking and the type of job entered the regression equation. Conclusion Length of service,the habit of tea drinking, smoking and the type of job may be the main influence factors of MDA in erythrocyte membrane among gas station attendants.
