摘 要:以微型光伏逆变器为研究对象,设计基于低边有源钳位的交错反激式光伏逆变器。该逆变系统使用STM32F103ZET6作为主控芯片,将两路反激变换器交错并联,主功率开关管获得电压钳位,实现零电压开通(ZVS),从而进一步提升逆变器的输出效率,同时提高系统的功率等级并减小电流纹波。通过200W微型光伏逆变器系统的仿真和实验研究验证该系统的理论方法正确,样机设计结果表明:该微型光伏逆变器能够输出正弦度较好的电流,总谐波失真(THD)小于3%,效率93%,系统运行稳定可靠。Making the photovoltaic inverter works at the best system scalability and the efficient point, a flyback converter based on the active clamp was designed, which used the STM32F103ZET6 as the system MCU. The active clamp interleaved flyback converter was introduced to the PV micro-inverter which also made the power switchers work at ZVS. Meanwhile, the output efficiency was increased and the ripple current was decreased. The 200 W experimental prototype of PV micro-inverter was constructed. The experimental results validated that the system functions with high quality output current, high stability and reliability. The total harmonic distortion is less than 3% and the efficiency is 93%.
