摘 要:针对非线性的太阳电池等效电路,给出最大输出功率时最佳负载的迭代式;研究串并联内阻对最佳负载和最大输出功率的影响。指出随并联内阻的增大,最佳负载先增大后减小,随串联内阻的增大,最佳负载的变化趋势或单调增大或先减小后增大;串联内阻越小、并联内阻越大,最大输出功率越大。还给出太阳电池的最大功率跟踪方程及其曲线,当串联内阻较小和并联内阻较大时,为非单调性曲线,当串联内阻较大和并联内阻较小时,为单调性曲线;最大输出功率恒压跟踪(CVT)时,建议选用不同的恒定跟踪电压替代只采用一个恒定跟踪电压。数值模拟指出,串联内阻越小或并联内阻越大,CVT的区间越宽。Aiming at equivalent circuit of non-linear solar cell, the iterative formula of optimum load at the maximum power point of solar cell was obtained, and the effect of shunt resistance and series resistance on optimum load and maximum output power was studied. The numerical simulation results indicate that the optimum load increases at first and then decreases with the growing of shunt resistance. The optimum load increases monotonously or decreases at first and then increases with the growth of series resistance. The output power becomes larger when the series resistance is smaller and shunt resistance is larger. The MPPT formula and curve are given. The curve is non-monotonic for smaller series resistance and larger shunt resistance, and the curve is monotonic for larger series resistance and smaller shunt resistance. While the maximum power is tracking by constant voltage tracking (CVT), the several constant voltages can be chosen instead of one constant voltage. The simulation results show that CVT interval will become wider with the larger shunt resistance or the smaller series resistance.
