摘  要:目的探讨脱离飞行环境对飞行人员性激素分泌水平的影响。方法选择28名从事飞行工作1000 h以上的飞行人员为观察组,另选28名地勤人员为对照组,采用化学发光免疫法,对观察组停飞1 d后及其脱离飞行环境7 d后和对照组的血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)、催乳素(PRL)、尿促卵泡素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)进行检测。结果停飞7 d后与停飞1 d后比较观察组PRL水平降低(P<0.05),其他性激素水平变化不显著(P>0.05)。停飞1 d和停飞7 d后,观察组E2、PRL、FSH、LH与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脱离飞行环境7 d后对飞行人员性激素分泌水平有一定的影响,可能与机体对应激的调节有关。Objective To explore the effect on the secretion levels of gonadal hormone in pilots after leaving flight environment. Methods A total of 28 pilots with more than 1000 h of flying were recruited as observation group, and other 28 ground crew members were selected as control group. The levels of serum testosterone (T), estradiol (E2 ), progesterone (P), prolactin (PRL), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were detected on the 1^st and 7^thd after leaving flight environment in the observation and control groups using chemiluminescence immunoassay method. Results Serum PRL levels were significantly reduced on the 1^st and 7^th d after leaving flight environment in the observation group (P 〈 0.05) , but the differences of other secretion levels of gonadal hormone were not statistically significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). The differences in E2 , PRL, FSH and LH levels on the 1^st and 7^thd after leaving flight environment in the observation group were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion There is some effect on the secretion levels of gonadal hormone of pilots on 7^th d after leaving flight environment, and it may be related to excitable adjustment of human body.
