法学研究的繁荣与法学期刊的使命——以党的十八届四中全会依法治国主题为视角

摘　　要：党的十八届四中全会,首次以依法治国为主题,为未来中国建设法治国家描绘出新的路线图,掀开了全面推进依法治国的崭新一页,法学研究也迎来了新的春天。法学研究的繁荣离不开法学期刊,法学期刊的创新和种类的互补交互,推动促进法学研究的繁荣。法学期刊应担负起繁荣法学研究、促进依法治国的使命。The fourth plenary Session of the eighteenth central committee of the Party for the first time has the theme of rule bylaw, which paints a new map for us building a nation ruled by law and starts a brand new page for promoting comprehensively ruling by law, in the mean time the law research embraces a new spring. The prosperity of law research cannot leave the law periodicals. The creativeness and versatility of law periodicals of different kinds stimulates the prosperity of law researches. Law periodicals should carry the mission of promoting law researches and stimulating ruling by law.
