基于综合排序法的皖江城市带主导产业评价

摘　　要：由于单一的主观评价模型或客观评价模型都难以准确、全面地评价和判断皖江城市带的主导产业,也难以满足决策的需要。在主导产业选择基准理论的基础上,通过构建评价指标体系,综合使用主成分分析法、层次分析法和熵值法,对皖江城市带主导产业进行定量测定与评价,并对各方法的评价结果进行综合比较分析。结果显示,皖江城市带应首先选择"通用装备制造业"和"汽车及运输设备制造业"作为区域主导产业加以扶持,以便更好地发挥它们带动区域内产业联动升级发展的作用。Through comparison and analysis among those methods adopted in the evaluation of the regional advantageous industries, the thesis has found out that the results concluded only under a single framework seemed to be suspicious not only of their acceptability but also of their incredibility. Therefore, the thesis has tried to create a comprehensive system including several widely-used methods such as PCA method, AHP and Entropy Method to evaluate the leading industries of the city belt along Yangtze River in Anhui province, to compare their conclusion, thus to get more objective and reliable result of evaluation. At last, comprehensive comparison is made to get the final result, so as to get the superior sequence of the leading industries of the city belt along Yangtze River in Anhui province, and to provide reference for relative policy.
