摘 要:针对煤矸石进行成分分析、热分析、易烧性分析,并针对KSV型分解炉进行计算流体力学(CFD)模拟分析温度分布、煤粉燃尽率和生料分解率等工况.结果表明:煤矸石可用作水泥原料,其燃烧过程持续在400-800℃发生,配入生料后可一定程度上改善易烧性,CFD模拟的结果也显示煤矸石的添加对最终煤粉燃尽率和生料分解率无明显不良影响.The coal gangue was analyzed by component analysis,thermal characterization and burnability test,and the temperature distribution,and the burnout ratio of coal and the decomposition ratio of raw meal in KSV furnace were obtained through computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation.Results showed that the coal gangue could be used as raw materials for cement production,and the combustion process of coal gangue could sustain during 400-800 ℃.The addition of coal gangue could slightly improve the burnability of cement raw meal.CFD simulation results indicated the coal gangue could cause no significant harm on the final burnout ratio of coal and decomposition ratio of raw meal.
