摘 要:在群体震害指数的基础上,结合结构特征的影响因素提出一种建筑物多因素震害预测的方法,在此基础上基于Visual Studio平台开发了一款建筑物震害预测软件,实现了不同烈度下对建筑物科学、便捷的预测。该方法首先建立建筑物考虑多因素的震害评价体系,并用层次分析法(AHP)对主要因子设置权重,然后结合不同类型建筑物的群体震害指数最终确定单体的震害指数。最后利用该方法对金坛市城区的主要建筑物进行震害预测,得出其多因素震害预测结果,为该城市的抗震防灾规划提供依据。A multiple factor earthquake damage prediction method was proposed on the basis of group seismic damage index,combining the influence factors of structure characteristics.Meantime,a prediction software of buildings' earthquake damage was developed based on the Visual Studio to realize scientific and convenient prediction of the damage levels in different intensities.In this method,a classified earthquake damage evaluation system of buildings considering multiple factors was initially established,and then the weights of the main factors were set by the use of AHP.Finally,the levels of individual earthquake damage index was determined according to the different group damages of buildings index.Finally,the earthquake damage prediction on main buildings in Jintan city was carried out.The prediction results couly provide the basis for the anti-seismic and disaster-proof plan.
