浅谈高校图书馆服务转型与创新发展

摘　　要：本文从高校图书馆发展面临的新境遇出发,探讨了高校图书馆服务转型与创新发展的必然趋势及策略规划。在社会大环境,尤其是信息技术环境发生了质的变化的今天,人们的信息获取方式与途径发生了很大变化,高校图书馆服务的构成要素也发生了很大的变化。在这种情况下,只有创新服务理念、重组服务流程、拓展服务领域、加强队伍建设,高校图书馆才能提升服务能力和水平,才能实现服务转型与创新的可持续发展。From the new situation of university libraries facing,this paper discusses the inevitable trend and strategic planning in the service transformation and innovative development of university libraries. Along with the great changes in social environment,especially in information technology environment,great changes have taken place in the way of people getting information today. The elements of the service in university libraries have also changed. In this case,only the innovation of service concept,the reorganization of service flow,the expansion of service areas and the strengthening of team construction,can make university libraries improve service ability and level,and realize the sustainable development of service transformation and innovation.
