生物质炭的抗血吸虫尾蚴缓释药物制剂的研究

摘  要:选用杨树和浮萍作为生物质原料,采用管式炉进行不同温度的热解炭化.通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、氮气吸附脱附测定仪对炭化后的生物质炭材料进行了表面形貌、组分官能团以及比表面积的表征.同时,测试了炭化材料的水面漂浮性能.通过比表面积的比较,选择杨树生物质炭化材料作为抗血吸虫药物聚醚苯酰胺的缓释载体,采用紫外光谱测定聚醚苯酰胺的释放动力学曲线.实验结果表明杨树炭化材料用于抗血吸虫药物缓释的载体,药物缓释效果能够达到96小时.The sawdust of poplar and duckweed were selected to be biomass materials, and pyrolyzed in the tube furnace under dif- ferent temperature. The functional groups, surface morphology and specific surface area of the carbonized materials were characterized through infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscope ( SEM), N2 absorption-adsorption test. Moreover, the floating ability of car- bonized materials on the water was measured. Contrast of the specific surface area of carbonized poplar and duckweed, the carbonized material of poplar was chosen to be the platform to loading the polyether benzamide which is the drug to resist schistosomial cercaria. The releasing kinetics curve of cercaricidal drug loaded in carbonized poplar was measured by UV-vis spectrophotometer. The results showed that the biomass carbonized material of poplar can be utilized as the loader for the delivery of antischistosomial cercaria drug.
