客家代茶植物资源的初步研究——以江西赣南地区为例

摘　　要：长期生活在赣南地区的客家人在利用代茶植物方面积累了丰富的经验和知识.本研究结合文献研究法、"5W+1H"法、关键人物访谈、植物分类学等民族植物学方法对该地区的代茶植物资源进行了野外调查.结果表明,该区共有代茶植物31科46属49种(包括变种),并对其进行了编目,记录了每种代茶植物的当地名、生活型、使用部位及功效,对其利用前景进行了讨论.The indigenous peoples have accumulated abundant knowledge and experience on the plants used as traditional tea dur- ing the long-term practice. The plants used as tea in Gannan Hakkas area in Jiangxi Province, are investigated by using the methods of literature study, ＂SW ＋ 1H＂ , key informants and taxonomy. The resuhs show that there are 49 species belonging to 46 genera in 31 families used as tea （ including varieties） by Gannan Hakkas. An inventory of these plants in the area is documented according to their names, local names, parts used and medical values. The development and utilization of the plants is discussed.
