摘  要:风力发电技术的发展对其塔筒用钢板的疲劳性能、断裂韧性和焊接性能提出了更高的要求。本文采用低碳+铌微合金化成分设计与热机械轧制(TMCP)工艺,工业试制开发出低成本高性能的新型风电用钢。试制结果表明:与传统Q345E风电用钢板相比,新型风电用钢板同时具备高疲劳性、高断裂韧性、易焊接等优异的综合性能,满足了风电机组用钢的要求,为风电行业的发展提供了有利的技术支撑。The development of wind power generation technology puts forward the higher requirements in the fatigue,fracture and welding properties of steel for wind tower. By taking the alloy design system of low-carbon and niobium micro-alloying and the thermo mechanical control process (TMCP), the new-type steel for wind tower with low-cost and high-property was successfully developed. The industrial trial showed that compared with the traditional Q345E plate for wind tower, the new plate had the excellent comprehensive properties including high fatigue resistance, high fracture toughness and good welding performance, and could better meet the highevlevel requirements of steel for wind tower. This study provides the technical support for the development of wind power industry.
