摘  要:针对厚板热轧工艺特点,根据模糊层次分析法,对基础油、功能添加剂及全配方方案进行筛选评价,研制出一种环境友好型厚板轧制油。该轧制油选用聚α-烯烃与季戊四醇酯复合而成的合成油为基础油,具有良好的可生物降解性且无毒。经实验室理化性能分析及实际应用发现:所研制的轧制油具有良好的热润滑性、轧辊耐磨性、轧辊附着性、耐热粘着性等,能很好地满足厚钢板在热轧极端工况下的使用要求。Aiming at the characteristic of heavy plate hot rolling process, an environment-friendly heavy plate hot rolling oil was developed. The base oils, additives and formula schemes were purposefully selected and predicted according to fuzzy analytic hier- archy process. The developed oil adopted compound base oil of poly-α-olefin (PAO) and pentaerythritol ester (PET), which had a better biodegradation and nontoxic. The physical and chemical characteristics of oil were tested in laboratory, and used in the field test. The results show that the developed oil has good hot lubricity, roll anti-wearness, roll adhesion, heat adhesion and other performances. It can well satisfy the performance requirements of heavy plate in the hot rolling extreme conditions.
