摘　　要：针对首钢凯西钢铁有限公司电解脱脂清洗机组的控制系统存在故障率高、控制精度低的问题,采用SPDM全数字直流控制系统对此进行了改造,介绍了该系统的电路图、控制原理、电解电源稳压和稳流运行方式,以及主要故障诊断功能。Aimed at the problem of high malfunction ratio and low control precision of the electrolysis degrease and cleaning unit in Shougang Casey Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd., the SPDM full digital DC control system was adopted to reform this power supply control system. The circuit, control principle, voltage stabilizing control method and current stabilizing control method, and main fault diagnosis function were introduced in detail.
